Congratulations to our Senior men who beat Devenish last Sunday in Round 1 of the League on a score line of 1-13 to 0-07.  Round 2 v Ederney, Sunday 2nd August at 1pm.  Please note that this game is taking place in Dromore, Co.Tyrone. Round 3 will see our Senior men welcome Enniskillen Gaels to Kinawley on Wednesday 5th July at 7.30pm

 

Reserve Men Division 1 Round 3 v Enniskillen, Saturday 1st August at 6.30pm in Kinawley.

 

Congratulations to our Senior Ladies who opened their Division 1 League campaign with a win away to Derrygonnelly last Sunday.  Final score Kinawley 2-12 Derrygonnelly 0-06.  Our Senior Ladies also beat Tempo on Thursday evening in Kinawley on a score line of Kinawley 2-16 Tempo 2-3.  Next up is away to Newtownbutler Sunday 2nd August at 10am.

 

U13 Division 1 v Newtownbutler, Saturday 1st August at 11am in Kinawley.  

 

U14 Girls v Bellanaleck, Monday 3rd August at 7pm in Kinawley.

 

Minor girls v Derrygonnelly, Thursday 6th August at 7pm In Derrygonnelly.

 

Preschool, U6 and U8 coaching continues Thursday 6th August, 6.30pm to 7.30pm.   Parents must reconfirm their child's health status on the GAA's Return to Play online facility before every training/game.

 

Kinawley Brian Ború's/St.Mary's Killesher FUN Summer Camp for 4 - 12 year olds. Monday 10th - Friday 14th August.  Time: 10am - 2pm.  Cost: £35 per child, £90 for 3 children from the same family or £110 for 4 children from the same family.  The camp will be following the latest government guidelines in relation to COVID-19.  Limited number of places available. Drive-in-Bingo Continues in Charlie’s Yard every Monday at 8.30pm. Total prize fund which can be won on the night is €7,600. Snowball is on game 5 on 45 calls or less for €5,100. On game 10 there is the usual €1,000 to be won. Monday night’s winner was Benny Mc Goldrick, Swanlinbar who won on 40 calls. We would like to thank all our patrons and stewards for their help on Monday night last and we will continue every Monday night until Covid-19 restrictions are lifted.

 

Our Scenic River Walkway is under construction and we will keep you updated as we make progress.

5. A new pilgrimage on Lough Derg’s lakeshore: Walk and Pray in the Lough Derg tradition on 16, 18, 22, 26 & 30 August. At times in the 1600s and 1700s when Station Island was closed by the Penal Laws, pilgrims undertook a form of pilgrimage on the lough shore. Walk in their footsteps.
